What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for Forma Data Management
- Engage with stakeholders to gather insights and align priorities for product development
- Create and maintain a detailed, prioritized product roadmap
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide the end-to-end development process
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7 years of product management experience in the software industry, including at least 2 years in a senior role
- Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Architecture, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly desirable
- Deep understanding of data management principles, APIs, integrations, and design workflows
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and SaaS business models
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive complex projects to successful completion
- Passion for understanding customer needs and delivering solutions that exceed expectations
- Hands-on experience with direct customer engagement and user research
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, including experience with tools such as JIRA and Confluence
