What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Set the product direction for Customer Identity and Access Management, aligning business objectives with security and customer experience
- Transform Octopus’s Access Management capabilities, implementing enterprise-ready features such as SSO and SAML
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to unify the technical vision and customer needs
- Inspire and motivate the team to excel in their roles through impactful storytelling
- Manage a technical product while ensuring a balance of user experience, security, and scalability
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in the identity and access management space
- Background in Enterprise/B2B SaaS products with complex compliance requirements
- Ability to manage technical products with a focus on user experience and security
- Strong collaborative skills to align with various stakeholders within the organization
- Proven track record of representing products and enhancing customer engagement
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a Product Manager role within a SaaS environment
- Familiarity with security policies and role-based access management
- Knowledge of industry thought leaders and best practices in product management
