  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Define the vision and strategy for Journey Experience & Automation, integrating education and re-engagement into a unified user journey
  - Activate lifecycle intelligence by partnering with data teams to personalize automation nudges and educational content
  - Collaborate with design to embed contextual education and tutorials within the product
  - Build a durable architecture for user re-engagement, integrating various guidance and communication strategies
  - Use product data and behavioral insights to iterate on strategies that enhance user learning and growth
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 7+ years of Product Management experience in a B2B SaaS environment
  - Experience with lifecycle, automation, or journey orchestration products
  - Proven ability to translate behavioral data into effective engagement systems
  - Exceptional collaboration, communication, and storytelling skills
  - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changes
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Familiarity with AI-driven guidance, recommendations, or education UX
  - Growth mindset and systems-level product thinking
  - Deep empathy for users with a passion for helping them learn and succeed autonomously
  - Experience leading complex systems spanning user education and engagement
