What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own the roadmap and business requirements for Salesforce Marketing Cloud, translating commercial partner needs into actionable specifications
- Execute targeted digital marketing campaigns, including HTML email building and customer journey optimization
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and leverage digital marketing automation capabilities
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments for improved outcomes
- Develop and implement effective standard operating procedures to enhance operational efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing, focusing on marketing automation and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Strong technical skills in HTML, email building, and marketing automation tools
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Proven experience in translating business requirements into technical specifications
- Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, business, or related fields
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with Azure, Tableau, Lead Scoring, Audience Builder, and Python
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator and Developer Certifications
