      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own and lead the roadmap for a core product area, from vision through execution
      - Define KPIs and measurement frameworks to track performance and guide strategy
      - Uncover trends and use data to drive strategic product decisions
      - Navigate ambiguity and proactively propose solutions that align with team and business goals
      - Mentor, coach, and delegate to create growth opportunities for peers and junior PMs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5–7 years of experience in product management or equivalent roles in technology, media, or SaaS
      - Demonstrated success leading the roadmap for a product area with end-to-end accountability
      - Proven ability to balance stakeholder needs and communicate trade-offs clearly
      - Experience defining KPIs, measurement frameworks, and using data to drive decisions
      - Advanced fluency in AI tools, with experience adapting and integrating them into team workflows
