      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the development and execution of the product roadmap for Incident Analysis, ensuring meaningful outcomes for users and the business
      - Drive the entire product lifecycle, focusing on needs discovery, launch, and iteration based on data-driven insights
      - Collaborate with design and engineering teams to create intuitive user experiences that promote adoption
      - Engage with customers and cross-functional partners to understand user needs and identify emerging opportunities
      - Track and analyze product performance, iterating on features to maximize user value and business impact

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience in product management for B2B SaaS, DevOps, or data-analytics platforms
      - Demonstrated fluency with data analysis or analytics products
      - Proven success in delivering features focused on workflow automation or operational improvement
      - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and customer success
      - Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with the incident management lifecycle or operational reliability in cloud-native environments
      - Direct experience with DevOps, SRE, or related tooling in a SaaS context
      - Exposure to ML/AI-driven insights or advanced analytics tools like Tableau or Splunk
      - Demonstrated passion for user experience and continuous product improvement
      - Results-oriented, intellectually curious, and collaborative mindset
