      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive execution from insight to impact by translating company-level goals into clear, data-backed roadmaps
      - Lead high-impact initiatives and collaborate with company leaders and cross-functional partners to align priorities
      - Own metrics and iteration, establishing baselines and using insights to recommend next experiments
      - Stay close to users by shadowing internal teams and meeting with members, admins, and brokers to uncover needs
      - Prepare for launch and adoption by leading internal demos, training, and documentation for stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of relevant product management experience, preferably with prior start-up experience in healthtech or insurtech
      - Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to deliver measurable impact
      - Proven ability to learn by shipping and moving from concept to testing quickly
      - Experience in creating clarity in motion and framing problems with data
      - Collaborative mindset with a low-ego approach, building trust across teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in regulated spaces, particularly within healthtech or insurtech
      - Strong product taste paired with a user advocacy approach, validated through data and research
      - Proven track record of leading projects that have a significant user impact
