What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design AI-powered systems and user experiences that help members find cost-effective, high-quality care
- Map and understand different member healthcare journeys, supporting them through customization and personalization
- Partner with cross-functional teams to scope projects, define iterative releases, and execute complex initiatives
- Lead a cross-functional pod of engineers and product designers to deliver roadmap-aligned features
- Ensure systems stay up to date and compliant with evolving insurance regulations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in product management building consumer products
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- Expertise in designing and building intuitive user experiences, with a strong sense of design and usability
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in SQL for independent data analysis and investigation

- Experience in a fast-paced, growth-stage startup environment
- Experience in the healthcare or insurance industry
- Familiarity with Agile development methodology and leading cross-functional teams
