What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the development and delivery of market-leading products and services to maximize value for the enterprise and its customers
- Define overall product/service vision and strategy, creating comprehensive business plans for management review
- Effectively manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful product initiatives and deliverables
- Serve as a central resource for assigned products, coordinating with business partners to resolve product-specific issues
- Conduct ongoing market evaluations to maintain competitive product offerings and meet operational goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience; MBA strongly desired
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in product management, marketing, or customer-focused healthcare
- Proven leadership skills with at least 6 years of experience in project or program management
- Demonstrated ability to analyze market research and financial data to identify trends and profitability
- Strong communication skills to relay information effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in managing products across operational divisions
- Ability to handle complex and unstructured tasks ranging from analytical to strategic in nature
- Proficiency in facilitating meetings and negotiating across various levels of the organization
- Familiarity with product and service development methodologies
- Strong working relationships and influencing skills to accomplish objectives through others
