      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the expert and thought leader on offsite advertising trends and capabilities
      - Own the end-to-end ideation, evaluation, execution, and iteration of offsite ad products
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ad data collection and metrics reporting
      - Present offsite ad data trends and insights to senior leadership
      - Influence product roadmaps to drive ad tests and optimize the core ad experience

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience in product management or marketing with ad technology and/or ad buying experience of $30M+
      - Hands-on experience building, integrating, or managing Ad Tech products for various platforms
      - Strong understanding of industry standards and the ad tech stack
      - Proven track record of driving measurable improvements in ad performance through creative testing
      - Excellent written communication skills with experience creating high-quality product briefs

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with buy and sell side programmatic advertising platforms
      - Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and the ability to influence challenges
      - Experience in creating high-quality presentations for senior leadership
