  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Drive lifecycle strategy, product ownership, and management of oncology tests and services
  - Develop and execute multi-year product strategies based on customer insights and market dynamics
  - Gather customer feedback and analyze product performance to enhance strategies and operational efficiencies
  - Represent the voice of customers in the Product Lifecycle Committee and facilitate stakeholder alignment
  - Build relationships with customers and industry thought leaders to promote engagement and product adoption
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - B.S. Degree required; preferred degrees in Molecular Biology, Life Sciences, or related fields
  - 3-5 years of experience in the biotech/medtech/pharma/diagnostic industry
  - 3+ years managing centralized services and distributed products, including supporting software
  - 3+ years of project management or core team experience
  - Experience working with regulated products is a must
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in molecular biology, bioinformatics, or a related field
  - Demonstrated success in developing and executing product strategies for regulated products
  - Deep knowledge of both the provider and biopharma segments
  - Strong technical background in molecular and pathology-based testing
  - Expertise in customer segmentation and understanding market access dynamics
