      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with data and engineering teams to design and launch new data tools informing market trends and performance
      - Develop a vision and roadmap for toolkits that leverage proprietary data to enhance sales processes
      - Evaluate product success using a data-driven approach and scale initiatives for sales and partner success
      - Identify opportunities for process improvements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes
      - Stay informed on rental industry trends to drive innovation and differentiation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams to achieve measurable business outcomes
      - Excellent written communication skills for conveying complex information concisely
      - Strong verbal presentation abilities and executive presence
      - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
      - Experience in online marketplaces or the real estate industry

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience wireframing data visualization dashboards or collaborating with data visualization engineers
      - Strong consultative skills in analytics, strategy development, and conflict management
      - Background in B2B enterprise or B2C business models
