      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead one or more products within the CRM & Case Management portfolio, including the Salesforce platform
      - Define product vision and roadmap in alignment with organizational goals
      - Collaborate with business and technology teams to gather requirements and ensure delivery of effective solutions
      - Manage and mentor product managers and business analysts
      - Identify and evaluate internal and external partnership opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field
      - 5+ years of experience in product management, engineering, or product marketing, specifically with Salesforce and other CRMs
      - Proven track record of successful product delivery and stakeholder management
      - Experience with case management, reporting, and sales/marketing process technologies

      - Experience in leading cross-functional teams in a product development environment
      - Familiarity with agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
