What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute the product strategy and roadmap, translating vision into actionable tasks through user stories and requirements
- Lead discovery and execution by transforming customer pain points into clear requirements and user stories
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and business teams to drive product initiatives from concept to launch
- Advocate for the voice of the customer, ensuring solutions address meaningful problems for brokers and business development teams
- Utilize data and insights to inform product decisions, conduct experiments, and optimize continuously
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in product management or a closely related role with direct involvement in product development
- Proven execution skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, design, and business teams
- User-first mindset with the capability to translate user needs into clear requirements
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and influencing skills at all organizational levels
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in commercial real estate, proptech, or sales/business development enablement tools
- Familiarity with building or integrating AI-powered features such as intelligent assistants or agentic workflows
