What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define and own the Distribution & Transportation product vision and multi-year roadmap
- Translate business strategy into scalable SAP-enabled capabilities
- Lead discovery workshops and business process blueprinting sessions
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4 Distribution & Transportation initiatives
- Manage relationships with vendors and implementation partners
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of experience in SAP ERP delivery, product management, or enterprise systems leadership
- 8+ years of experience in Distribution & Transportation processes (retail, wholesale, fashion preferred)
- Strong functional expertise in SAP Logistics and EWM
- Proven ability to define product roadmaps and lead cross-functional delivery
- Strategic mindset balanced with execution focus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience implementing SAP S/4HANA, FMS, or AFS
- Experience integrating SAP with warehouse automation and 3PL systems
- Experience with SAP GTS or ShipERP is considered an asset
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- International travel flexibility
