What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate the product vision and goals aligned with business strategy
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring prioritization based on business value
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements and serve as the primary liaison between business and development teams
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups while monitoring progress and risks
- Drive continuous improvement in product development processes and align features with regulatory requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years of technical experience
- Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and relevant certifications
- Proficiency in Scrum and Kanban frameworks
- Experience in lean portfolio management
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills to handle complex issues
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a product ownership role within a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
- Familiarity with product performance metrics and analytics
- Experience in stakeholder management and communication
- Additional certifications related to Agile methodologies
