- Populate and manipulate editorial templates to create impactful marketing collateral that supports agents and overall marketing strategies
- Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to ensure seamless production workflows and high-quality asset delivery
- Work efficiently on multiple projects with consistency and exemplary attention to detail
- Maintain a consistent visual identity and ensure deliverables adhere to brand standards
- Suggest improvements and modify formats to increase the quality of production
- Work quickly and effectively to ensure that deliverables support project goals and are completed on schedule
- Stay on top of design trends, tools, and techniques to inspire forward-thinking solutions
- Degree in graphic design or related field
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates precise execution and advanced production skills
- 5+ years of relevant experience in graphic production design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (In Design, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Experience using templated tools (Canva, Buildout, Maxa) a plus
- Strong technical skills and experience designing maps, charts, aerials, tables etc.
- Meticulous attention to detail and process-improvement mindset
- Real estate industry experience a plus
- Central time preferred
We are seeking a Senior Production Designer with strong attention to detail and expertise in creative print production. This role requires a builder who can create best-in-class marketing collateral for high-stakes agent partners and foster strong relationships with internal teams. The ideal candidate is adaptive, solutions-oriented and highly organized, able to deliver exceptional work on time in a fast-paced environment.
This is a fully remote position. While we welcome applicants from across the U.S., we have a preference for candidates based in or aligned with the Central Time Zone to best support team collaboration.
The anticipated compensation range is $75,000 - $85,000 a year. The final compensation offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the industry, education, etc. Marcus & Millichap is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states.
