      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide lease administration support services and expertise for the GSA, including lease preparation and monitoring
      - Conduct rental history analysis to resolve discrepancies and concerns
      - Maintain ongoing communication with various stakeholders to gather information and resolve issues
      - Manage physical and digital files, ensuring compliance with records management regulations
      - Process change of ownership requests and assist with team lead responsibilities as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative assistance, research and analysis, finance, contract administration, legal, or related field
      - Ability to research, identify, analyze, and correct past lease administration errors
      - Ability to obtain a public trust clearance

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with lease administration processes and federal contracting
      - Familiarity with data management systems, such as GREX and REXUS
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
