      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the implementation of a Commercial New Construction program in the Pacific Northwest, ensuring successful program delivery
      - Manage budget tracking, performance tracking, and client satisfaction throughout all phases of the program
      - Integrate equity considerations into program systems and processes, including demographic data tracking and reporting
      - Foster a supportive and inclusive team culture across multi-functional teams and subcontractor organizations
      - Serve as the primary liaison with clients to ensure alignment with market trends and customer needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 8+ years of project/program management experience in energy efficiency or utility programs
      - 5+ years of experience in people management, including navigating difficult conversations related to culture, bias, or conflict
      - Proven track record of managing large-scale commercial programs
      - Strong understanding of commercial construction building codes and energy efficiency measures
      - Excellent communication, client management, and leadership skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Demonstrated experience leading equity-centered initiatives or integrating diversity, equity, and inclusion into program strategies
      - Ability to travel regularly in the Pacific Northwest and work from the employer's Portland, Oregon office
