      As the Senior Program Manager, Digital Learning Lead, you will be entrusted with designing and delivering learning solutions that align with our Digital and AI learning strategy.       Collaboration lies at the heart of this role, as you work closely with the Digital Leadership Team inclusive of Lidia Fonseca, ELT-1 Leaders across Enabling Functions, AI Workstream Leads Team, Compliance, PX, Learning & Development, Pfizer Digital and external vendor.       How You Will Achieve It

      • Lead the design and execution of Pfizer’s AI Academy and Digital leadership development programs
      • Help build an inspiring, authentic, and continuously evolving tech culture at all levels of the organization focused on skills and capabilities needed to drive growth and transformation in Pfizer’s workforce.
      • Build, manage and measure the impact of leadership programs using best practices; lead with a digital-first mindset to deliver at scale in a globally dispersed workforce.
      • Maintain vendor relationships and project manage all aspects of content development and program design, delivery and evaluation to meet the highest levels of learning design.
      • Partner with the wider learning team, PX, and other stakeholders to proactively identify areas where leadership development is required and design and deliver leadership programs and resources to meet those needs.
      • Define metrics, analyze data, and report on the impact of leadership development programs; deliver results to senior leadership and iterate on programs where needed, when necessary.
      • Lead with a digital-first mindset, ensuring delivery at scale
      • Be a thought leader and strong advocate for learning and development

      Qualifications

      Must-Have

      • Bachelor's Degree
      • 7+ years of experience of program/project management experience, understanding of leadership programs and training
      • 3+ years experience learning or leadership development program design and management experience
      • Passion for technology and innovative learning methodologies
      • Proven experience in leading digital learning and development initiatives
      • Strong background in leveraging technology, e-learning, and digital tools to enhance learning experiences.
      • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams toward achieving ambitious goals.
      • Strategic thinker with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends in digital learning and development.
      • Demonstrated ability to synthesize high-level information into action plans.
      • Knowledge of current adult learning practices, industry trends, and digital learning platforms.
      • Experience delivering high quality written and verbal communications.
      • Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful
      • Strong consultation and relationship building skills and a proven track record of leading diverse cross-functional teams
      • Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
      • Experience owning program strategy and end to end delivery

      Nice to Have

      • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
      • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

      The annual base salary for this position ranges from $117,300.00 to $195,500.00.* In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.       * The annual base salary for this position in Tampa, FL ranges from $105,500.00 to $175,900.00.
