      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Create, manage, and communicate the development workflow plan for program development
      - Organize and maintain online project folders and ensure proper archiving of client communications
      - Oversee the medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) process and liaise with internal teams
      - Manage and mentor Program Managers and Coordinators, ensuring clear communication and actionable meeting outcomes
      - Act as the primary client contact for project status, invoicing, and compliance guidelines

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree
      - 5-7 years of project management experience in a pharmaceutical-related service-based business
      - Proficiency in MS Office programs, including MS Project
      - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple complex projects
      - Willingness to travel as required for the role

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in medical communications, advertising, sales training, or digital production
      - Proven track record of proactive leadership in project management settings
      - Strong interpersonal skills and effective verbal and written communication abilities
