What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define, develop, and own the comprehensive growth strategy for driving business market share through US carriers targeting Mid-Market and Enterprise segments
- Establish and expand strategic partnerships, negotiating and executing joint business plans for market penetration
- Translate national strategies into executable regional plans while addressing unique market dynamics
- Lead and inspire a team of Business Specialists to execute the defined strategy and drive unit velocity
- Monitor performance using data and market insights to optimize channel programs for maximum growth and efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong experience in Sales, Business Development, or Channel Management within the B2B Telecom Carrier industry in the US
- Proven track record of executing a high-level B2B channel growth strategy with significant market share gains
- Experience in successfully leading and developing a high-performing sales or specialist team
- Deep understanding of the mobile device lifecycle and the competitive landscape within the B2B carrier space
- Mastery of complex contract negotiation and strategic partnership development
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience navigating, selling through, and driving initiatives with Mid-Market and/or Enterprise-focused US Carriers
- Exceptional executive communication, presentation, and strategic thinking skills
