      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution on launch readiness plans
      - Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies for major initiatives
      - Communicate launch plans, milestones, and risks clearly to stakeholders and executives
      - Act as a liaison between stakeholders and leadership, providing updates on progress, challenges, and opportunities
      - Oversee the creation and distribution of key seller assets, ensuring consistent delivery and alignment with go-to-market needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience in program operations, launch management, or marketing program management (B2B SaaS experience preferred)
      - Hands-on expertise with project management tools; strong proficiency in Asana is highly preferred
      - Fluency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Workato) to support project planning, content creation, and process optimization
      - Proven adaptability and resilience in fast-paced environments
      - Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting updates to executives and aligning distributed teams
