Work ing with key partners and stakeholders to set the vision and direction for the market access strategy
Collaborat ing with internal and external partners, including the commercialization, market data, and other key partners, to assess global trends to identify and address key market barriers and solutions – including assessing global trends in financing , pricing, and delivery.
Proactively monitor ing external environment and user trends to identify opportunities to protect and improve access – including, but not limited to, conducting market research to understand payor landscapes global and key geographies, fiscal/economic climate, stakeholder mapping and monitoring, etc.
Support ing analyses and development of health economic , pricing, stakeholder engagement/mapping, value proposition, and financing strategies based on strong understanding of guidelines, payors, and decision-making systems.
Partner ing with regional/country teams and partners to develop and adapt health economic models, payor value propositions, and clinical evidence to address specific regional needs.
Closely monitoring progress against performance indicators for investments and initiatives.
Represent ing the WHI team in market access discussions with key internal and external stakeholders .
Degree in business administration, marketing, life sciences, engineering or a related field.
Comprehensive experience in market access work for a pharmaceutica l/life sciences company, preferabl y in women’s health .
Successful track work of developing and executing against portfolio and division strategy plans across public and private sector payors.
Proven ability to understand product, digital and service ecosystem and execute market access strategies at regional/country levels.
Ability to identify and evaluate unmet payor/financing needs across markets and translate them into prioritized actions based on a structured and data-driven framework
Demonstrated strong analytica l/modeling skill related to health economics, pricing, and patient access programs
Experience in emerging markets and LMICs is highly desirable and preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Thrives under ambiguous conditions and is highly motivated
Demonstrated and passionate learning agility with continuous improvement mindset
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and to develop and maintain strong business partner relationships
Innovative, proactive, and resourceful
Ability to anticipate and mitigate challenges

Strong PC experience, Microsoft Office Suite experience required including; Excel; Outlook; PowerPoint

The Women’s Health Innovations (WHI) team is a new team focused on developing and accelerating the introduction and scale of interventions that disproportionately impact health and economic outcomes for women and girls. A priority area for WHI is contraceptive technology and family planning methods.

Your Role
As the Senior Program Office r for Market Access, you will work with partners to lead investments and support work to develop and execute on the global market access strategy for priority products in the Women’s Health portfolio. This role reports to the Deputy Director of Product Introduction and Market Access.
What You’ll Do
This critical role will shape the global market access strategy for developing and expanding access for new and existing products , leveraging health economics, clinical outcomes, and financing impact. This individual will be highly experienced in working with key partners, internal and external , to support access strategies across the public and private sectors.

Your Experience
* The salary range for this role is $204,600 to $317,100 USD. We recognize high-wage market differences where our offices are located, in Seattle, Washington D.C., and Boston (Cambridge). The range for this role in these locations is $222,900 to $345,500 USD. As a mission-driven organization, we strive to balance competitive pay with our mission and new hires are typically brought into the organization at a salary between the range minimum and the salary range midpoint. Actual placement in the range will depend on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, and expertise, as evaluated during the interview process.
* This role can be based in Seattle, Washington, D.C., or remotely from an approved state in the U.S. This role qualifies for relocation assistance.
* Must be able to legally work in the country where this position is located without visa sponsorship.
