What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the successful delivery of complex technical projects using Agile methodologies
- Develop project scope, schedules, plans, and budgets utilizing tools such as Jira and Microsoft Project
- Lead multiple projects with tight deadlines, ensuring on-time and on-budget deliveries
- Conduct project team meetings and facilitate Agile cadence and Demo days
- Oversee and maintain communication between all parties involved in the project to resolve issues and facilitate changes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Project Management with a focus on application development
- Proven experience managing IT teams in an Agile framework and project management environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams across different geographical locations and time zones
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Familiarity with cloud initiatives (AWS)
- Knowledge of Workers’ Compensation data or operations
- Experience as an Agile Release Train Engineer
- Comfort with leveraging generative AI tools for productivity enhancement
