What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, engaging with data owners, analytic users, and executives
- Manage diverse projects across multiple disciplines, ensuring effective planning and delivery
- Lead project governance, including status reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communication
- Collaborate with various practices within the employer to support client engagements and internal projects
- Identify opportunities to enhance delivery and strengthen client relationships
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of professional services and/or project/program management experience
- 3+ years of experience overseeing technical delivery/consulting projects
- 3+ years of client account management experience
- CAPM or PMP certification preferred; proficiency in Hybrid, Waterfall, and Agile methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive-level reporting
