What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and provide guidance to personnel responsible for managing a portfolio of projects
- Lead and manage multiple complex or enterprise-wide projects using advanced concepts and tools
- Prepare and complete action plans while meeting operational objectives
- Recruit, select, orient, train, and manage project personnel
- Provide on-site support during go-live events and manage vendor relationships
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- Seven years of experience leading projects/teams in relevant areas, or a master's degree and six years of experience
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Projecto)
- Strong communication skills for coordination across IT, facilities, and clinical teams
- Ability to travel to multiple sites as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's Degree
- Project Management Certification (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI) or a Certificate in Project Management from an accredited college
