What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage various projects within the Government Resource Center (GRC)
- Coordinate research and administrative efforts of project team members
- Manage relationships with project sponsors and external partners
- Write technical reports and stakeholder communications
- Conduct project-related research, including literature reviews and data analysis
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent
- Minimum of four years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree or two years of relevant experience with a master's degree
- Successful completion of a background check
- Proficiency with data analysis software, including Excel
- Experience with project development, including grant and proposal writing
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Training and/or experience in quality improvement science, including IHI Breakthrough Series Model, Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt), or Lean Tools
