- Leading dispense packaging development projects in cross-functional teams
- facilitating and executing the dispense packaging portfolio roadmap
- driving required technical development activities in collaboration with:
- our Lab & Workshop colleagues & facilities
- external suppliers
- capturing intelligence in polymer materials, production & recycling techniques
- capturing all elements of the value chain from packaging supply to recycling applications
- managing efficiently projects following our standard processes from customer concept development, project initiation and development to implementation
- Stakeholder management and driving effective communication and coordination of respective development priorities
- Master’s or Engineer Degree
- Strong experience in product development in FMCG or B2B industry
- Project management and stakeholder management skills in packaging, preferably from an international environment
- Experience in polymer design and/or recycling
- Experience with driving innovation projects
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Understanding consumer and customer needs
- Commercial understanding and experience in having stakeholders across the organisation in Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement etc.
- Result orientation concerning quality, costs and timing
- Ability to work well independently and a strong self-drive
- Ability to deal with continuously changing requirements

Join an Innovative Dispense Equipment team
The Dispense Equipment Team is a part of Carlsberg Group Development. The team develops innovative draught dispense system solutions based on market understanding and is constantly evolving system solutions and packaging formats to be implemented in production and live in our productions all around the world.
The team consists of highly dedicated engineering specialists with a common focus on creating innovative solutions that secure a high-quality brew experience for our end customers.
What you'll be doing
In this role, you will lead Global Packaging Development projects for our Dispense Portfolio from idea generation to market implementation. Beyond your projects, you will also be recommending a dispense packaging portfolio roadmap in line with business needs, supply chain requirements and towards Carlsberg's ambitious sustainability targets.
The role is very diverse ranging from strategic portfolio planning to practical experimental development tests, actively following trends of polymer materials and techniques, and high-level negotiations with suppliers, stakeholders and project management.

This position is based in Copenhagen Denmark and might require around 20% of travelling on average mainly in Europe.
