      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead all aspects of multiple related projects to align with business unit goals
      - Develop status reports on project achievements, dependencies, risks, and issues
      - Understand and manage interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs
      - Collaborate with leadership, product managers, and support specialists on project issues and progress
      - Mentor and provide resources for other project managers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
      - Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management
      - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required
      - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to manage projects effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) industry is desired
      - Strong problem-solving abilities and detail-oriented approach
      - Demonstrated experience working effectively with cross-functional teams
