What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure effective communication between stakeholders and maintain project schedules
- Provide technical and administrative support to project team members
- Document issues and coordinate all drawings and documentation among stakeholders
- Oversee training and turnover of projects to clients and service departments

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction trades or Electronic Security Systems (ESS)
- Proven ability to follow processes and participate in Constant Process Improvement (CPI)
- Experience delivering waterfall schedules to fixed delivery dates while ensuring quality standards
- Strong technical abilities and the ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Valid driver's license in the state of residence

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project Management experience with large, complex technical projects
- Certified Security Project Manager (CSPM)
- PMP certification from the Project Management Institute
- Experience working with Enterprise-level clients
- Understanding of Agile methodologies within a waterfall program
