What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead complex, cross-functional, multi-site programs and initiatives, ensuring effective communication and organization
- Present and interact with leaders at all levels of the organization
- Hold vendors and project teams accountable for achieving program goals and objectives
- Maintain program reporting and track milestones and deliverables
- Continuously seek improvements to support enterprise goals in store development
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of project management experience, covering all project elements
- 5 years of experience managing large-scale or multiple mid-sized projects
- 5 years of experience in requirements gathering and analysis
- 5 years of general business experience in large, matrixed organizations
- 2 years of experience mentoring team members
