What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across product development and commercial media programs
- Translate product vision and strategic initiatives into actionable execution plans
- Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and analytics teams to drive projects from concept to completion
- Apply AI tools within Agile and waterfall workflows to enhance productivity and process efficiency
- Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups to ensure project alignment and accountability

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3–5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Technical Project Manager, ideally in digital media, healthcare, or B2B tech environments
- Demonstrated success in managing complex, cross-functional projects using agile, Waterfall, and Kanban methodologies
- Proficiency with Jira and agile planning tools
- Strong understanding of digital product development lifecycles and omnichannel marketing media workflows
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare media, HCP marketing, or a digital publishing environment
- Exposure to MarTech, AdTech, or experience optimization platforms
- PMP or Scrum Master certification
