  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Lead, plan, and execute all aspects of the infrastructure project, from initiation to close-out
  - Provide strategic direction and oversight for the project team, ensuring alignment with project goals
  - Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies
  - Develop and maintain a comprehensive project management plan, including scope, schedule, and budget
  - Monitor expenditures and implement effective cost control measures to ensure the project stays within budget
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  - Minimum 10 years in project management, with at least 5 years leading large-scale horizontal infrastructure projects
  - Proven record of successfully managing complex infrastructure projects from planning through execution and close-out
  - Exceptional leadership and team management abilities
  - Proficiency in project management software (Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Procore, or similar)
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PMI, AACE) or construction management
  - Familiarity with construction safety standards and regulations (OSHA, HSE, etc.)
