What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead end-to-end Identity and Access Management (IAM) project delivery, from planning through execution and closure
- Oversee the implementation of IAM solutions including provisioning, authentication, authorization, and governance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Security, Compliance, IT, and Business Units
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources using Agile methodologies
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and executive leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in IAM or cybersecurity projects
- Proven experience in the finance industry, with an understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g., SOX, GLBA)
- Strong knowledge of IAM technologies and frameworks (e.g., RBAC, SSO, MFA, PAM)
- Expertise in Agile project management and hands-on experience with Jira
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PMP, CISM, or CISSP certification
