  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Lead large, complex technology or product initiatives from initiation through closeout
  - Deliver projects on time, within budget, and achieve measurable business outcomes
  - Build and maintain client relationships during project planning and execution
  - Manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
  - Facilitate collaboration across stakeholders and ensure business readiness for launches
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing large, complex projects or digital product initiatives
  - Proven success delivering projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  - Experience managing budgets over $1 million, including vendor and labor costs
  - Strong communication skills to influence and engage executives and technical teams
  - Proficiency in Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Office 365, and collaboration tools
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Bachelor's or advanced degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Product Management, or related field
  - Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent certification
  - Background in organizational change management within large technology initiatives
  - Familiarity with portfolio management and governance frameworks
  - Strong understanding of emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI)
