What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide oversight and leadership of all client projects from conception to completion, focusing on safety and customer service
- Lead the development of scope of work documents for EPC contracts and manage technical contract negotiations
- Ensure successful project execution within scope, budget, and quality standards
- Serve as the customer-facing representative for business development and project execution activities
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success while promoting value engineering solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 10 years of increasing experience in the utility industry with at least 5 years in project management
- Bachelor of Science in engineering from an accredited college or university (preferred but not required)
- Firm understanding of financial management and demonstrated success in managing large multi-discipline programs
- Strong skills in relationship development and management
- Professional Engineer (PE) and Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications (preferred but not required)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in managing large multi-office projects and/or multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven track record of successful project execution in the utility industry
