- Lead end-to-end project delivery using Agile, traditional, or hybrid methodologies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between business units, technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.
- Use tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and similar platforms to track project status and manage backlogs.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues; manage scope changes through formal change control.
- Ensure transparency and alignment through regular updates to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Promote team collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- Active PMP certification (Project Management Professional) from PMI - Required.
- 10+ years of project management experience, including at least 3 years managing Agile projects.
- Strong command of Scrum, SAFe, or other Agile frameworks.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Trello).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience managing remote and distributed teams across multiple time zones.
- Experience working with government agencies or public sector clients.
- Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Agilist (SA).
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance, procurement processes, or IT governance.
