What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage small to mid-scale construction projects utilizing the employer's Project Management Methodology
- Coordinate with functional project teams and client representatives to resolve issues and manage resources
- Monitor and report on project status and performance data to management and stakeholders
- Develop and implement risk mitigation plans while conducting detailed analysis of risks and opportunities
- Provide leadership in continuous improvement of project management methodologies and tools
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 10 years of experience managing mid-scale construction projects
- Advanced knowledge of construction and utility industry practices
- Proficiency in Critical Path Scheduling software and MS Office Suite
- Strong complex problem-solving skills
- Minimum educational requirement: BS degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or Business
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PMP certification
- Experience leading complex initiatives or managing small teams
