Job Description

- We are looking for a highly experienced and organized Senior Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Scrum methodologies and project management best practices, ensuring the timely delivery of projects.
- Oversee and manage multiple concurrent projects across diverse teams.
- Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
- Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and progress to senior leadership
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure project success.
- Proactively address issues and resolve conflicts to keep projects on track.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Monitor and report on project performance using tools like MS Project.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field OR equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management
- Experience delivering complex, cross-functional projects on time and within budget.
- Experience in Scrum methodologies and Agile frameworks.
- Proficient in project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project
- PMP certification is preferred but not required
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
- Exceptional communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
