What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage complex projects or multiple projects concurrently while ensuring successful execution and delivery
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and training to less experienced Project Managers
- Develop and manage project plans, including scoping and requirements gathering
- Collaborate with stakeholders to build communication strategies and ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget
- Assist in the establishment of organizational project management methodologies and procedures

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare, Health Informatics, or a combination of college education and 5-7 years of relevant experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in complex project coordination or management, preferably in a healthcare and/or IT setting
- Proven success in internal and external communication and relationship management at all organizational levels
- Technical aptitude to understand system requirements and collaborate effectively with team members and members
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PMP/CAPM certification or equivalent experience leading EHR implementations
- Experience with Epic implementation, certification, or training
- Proficiency in Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar project management systems
- Experience working with fully remote project teams
