What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, timelines, deliverables, milestones, and resource requirements
- Collaborate with internal sponsors and stakeholders from business and IT
- Identify potential risks and challenges associated with projects and develop mitigation strategies
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment
- Prepare and present regular status updates to program team, sponsors, and executives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of relevant program and project management experience
- 5+ years of experience in project management & process design executing across a matrixed organization
- Significant experience with SaaS application security frameworks, SOX Compliance, and/or Oracle Risk Cloud
- Experience designing & executing program strategies & communicating with data
- Experience working in and with agile project teams, multiple teams from different companies

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience with SOX internal controls implementation projects
- Strong background in IT security and internal controls in a public company environment
