What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary liaison with key client representatives, managing service delivery for assigned projects
- Drive client satisfaction through effective communication and coordination of deliverables
- Prepare project forecasts and work schedules, ensuring compliance with client and project requirements
- Provide strategic guidance and oversight for client-specific projects on a daily basis
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of growth and continuous improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management within law firms, corporate legal departments, or eDiscovery service providers
- Strong leadership and staff development skills, with a proven ability to motivate team members
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, demonstrating a confident leadership presence
- Solid understanding of database design, data processing, and legal document review requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience; a JD or MBA is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in consulting, litigation support, paralegal, or attorney roles within a law firm or eDiscovery service provider
- Evidence of managing multiple simultaneous projects successfully
- Familiarity with financial and billing information management in project contexts
