      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage projects related to Finance Transformation, including system integration, data migration, and testing coordination
      - Develop and monitor project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely and on-budget delivery
      - Prepare and present status reports and governance updates to stakeholders and leadership
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and liaise with business area leads to drive project success
      - Adhere to best project management practices and methodologies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in business management, finance, accounting, program management, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
      - Project Management Professional (PMP) or Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
      - 5+ years of experience in project management and stakeholder reporting
      - Proficiency in project management tools; experience with Microsoft Projects and Wrike is a plus
      - Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with financial systems and ERPs, such as NetSuite or Workday
      - Working knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting processes
      - Ability to manage and lead change initiatives effectively
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
      - Team-oriented mindset, sharing information and successes with colleagues
