What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with executives from project conception through execution and continuous improvement
- Track, report, and communicate department performance and value across the organization
- Serve as a change agent, promoting new project management concepts and best practices
- Build and lead a cohesive team of senior program/project managers and business analysts
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Conferred bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher learning
- Five (5) or more years of experience in project management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to lead, motivate others, and work collaboratively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- Experience building a consumer-facing brand
