      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage a portfolio of industrial properties, ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction and operational efficiency
      - Establish and monitor budgets, and actively manage financial performance through reporting and variance analysis
      - Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, addressing requests and issues in a timely manner
      - Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to enhance property value and longevity
      - Coordinate with internal teams and vendor partners to ensure smooth operations and project execution

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of property management experience in real estate
      - Proven experience supervising and managing vendor partners
      - Strong financial planning and reporting skills related to property management
      - Ability to interpret property-level documents such as leases and building plans
      - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or Business Management; CPM/RPA designation preferred

      - Previous experience managing maintenance capital projects
      - Proficiency in standard real estate software programs
      - Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with tenants and internal teams
      - Experience in customer service within the real estate sector
