      What you will do

      The Senior Proposal Analyst is a subject matter expert on divisional contracting options and will be competing daily on the front lines with sales. The Senior Proposal Analyst will understand customer needs, analyze value, and design proposals to outline and visualize a reliable savings experience.

      Throughout the contracting lifecycle, the you will create value for customers and sales by:

      • Collaborating with strategic sales, reps, and customers to identify customer needs and best fit contract options

      • Supporting RFPs with analysis and internal response coordination

      • Capturing contract information from disparate sources, including previous contracts, cross-functional stakeholders, or cross-divisional stakeholders

      • Analyzing value, impact, savings, asks, etc. included in each contract offer

      • Thinking critically for each request by understanding context, engaging stakeholders, challenging assumptions, applying divisional guardrails, introducing new ideas, and modifying or combining prior strategies

      • Exercising excellent judgment in identifying and escalating issues to cross-functional stakeholders or management in a timely manner

      • Communicating clearly with internal stakeholders, including sales, management, business analysts, finance, etc.

      • Facilitating proposal approvals with the appropriate urgency per established processes and divisional guidelines

      • Building and delivering proposal packets/files to communicate and visualize value to the customer

      • Coordinating with contract specialists and legal team on terms, conditions, and redlines

      • Creating proposal templates based on best practices

      • Collaborating with proposal, sales, and legal teams to address contract redlines

      • Reporting to management on key proposal metrics

      • Enabling stakeholders with competitive contracting intelligence

      • Building and maintaining strong relationships with sales, finance, operations, and legal stakeholders across the decentralized organization (as applicable)

      What you need

      • Bachelor’s Degree required, in Business, Economics, Finance, Law, or related field of study preferred

      • 2+ years experience required

      • Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

      • Proficient in SharePoint, Salesforce, and Power BI.

      $57,000 - $115,100 salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

      Travel Percentage: 10%
