What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with donor advisors to shape engagement and solicitation strategies through the dissemination of key intelligence
- Assess capacity and conduct interest-based fundraising by analyzing wealth indicators and prospect affiliations
- Conduct research on prospects and donors using online databases and resources
- Analyze and interpret complex information to create actionable memos, briefings, and profiles
- Generate new prospect leads to build a strong philanthropic pipeline

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 5 years of experience in prospect research or prospect development field
- Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree a plus
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of prospect research industry best practices

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a diverse, regional fundraising model
- Comfortable developing strong working relationships in a remote environment
