What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in the healthcare field
- 4-6 years of previous experience in contracting with large specialty or multispecialty provider groups
- 1-3 years of managed care experience
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with providers and internal departments
- Ability to travel regularly throughout designated regions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of integrated delivery systems, hospitals, and specialty group contracts
- Certified Recovery Peer Specialist certification in the state of Florida
