      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist Provider Integration leadership with various projects, reports, and tasks
      - Audit Provider Integration data entry tasks for accuracy and compliance
      - Respond to inquiries from providers and internal/external customers with discretion and professionalism
      - Extract and manipulate provider data for statistical and claims processing purposes
      - Train new and existing staff on departmental procedures and systems

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent required
      - Minimum of three years of experience in the insurance industry and customer service
      - At least three years of experience in data entry, maintenance, and changes
      - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
      - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet regulatory requirements

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate degree or related experience preferred
      - Experience working with provider data and directory maintenance
      - Familiarity with NCQA and CMS regulations
      - Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
      - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
